Pull-up Max Effort Attempts
- 2 Attempts to set a Pull-up PR.
Rest as needed between sets (3 minutes)
Strict, Kipping, Butterfly, Banded, Ring Rows are all acceptable methods.
WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
- 400m Run
- 30 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)
- 15 Pull-Ups
After WOD 5min Abs
