- Run 400m
- 10 Pass Throughs
- 10 Good Mornings
- 10 Front Squats
- 10 Shoulder Press
Skills and Drills 5 sets:
- 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk or Split Jerk
Get to a load at which you can complete the complex but still be challenged. Stay there for all 5 sets.
Rest 1-2 min between sets.
WOD “Elizabeth” For time, 21-15-9:
- Squat Clean (135/95)
Scale the weight of the squat cleans accordingly. - Ring Dips
Use bands, a box or push-ups as the ring dip scale.
