Coach’s Choice to include warm-up and mobility work.

  • Run 400m or Row  450m
  • 5 Spiderman Stretch (each side)
  • 2 Pigeon Stretch (each side)
  • 20 Reverse Toe Touches (10 up and down)
  • 10 Scorpions
  • 10 Supermans

Skills and Drills

  • 3-4 Sets of 3-5 Deadlifts warming up to 85% of 1 Repetition Max

Strength

  • 10 X 2 Deadlifts @ 85% of 1 Repetition Max
