  • Front Squats – Build to 80% of your 1RM Front Squat. Then 2 drop set at the same weight. Both drop sets at 40b. 1/2 then 2/2
  • Hang Snatch from position 2
    8 singles starting at 60% of your 1RM Snatch. Level load across all 8 sets.
  • Military Press + Push Press
    Each set is 1 Military Press + 2 Push Presses. Start at 50% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk. 3/3

WOD: 3 rounds:

  • 3 15ft Rope Climb
  • 30 Lateral Box Jumps

Jack M. Martin III

Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, Oklahoma, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, Wash., died September 29th, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an improvised explosive device. Martin is survived by his wife Ashley Martin, his parents Jack and Cheryl Martin, and siblings Abe, Mandi, Amber and Abi.
