  • 10 Scorpions
  • 10 Spidermans
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Hip Extensions

Strength:
Deadlift 6 X 2 up to 1rep Max
Focus on tight midline and driving through the heels
and work on technique.

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:

  • 50 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 25 Handstand push-ups
  • 200 Meter Run or Row
