Warm-Up and Stretch

3 Rounds of:

  • 10 Sit ups
  • 15 Air Squats

WOD:

A) Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes:

  • 12 Ball slams
  • 4 Push Ups
  • 3 Strict Pull-ups

2 minute rest

B) Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:

  • 4 Thrusters (75/55)
  • 4 Burpees over the bar
  • 8 lateral jumps
