Strength Squat Jerk
- 6 x 1
This movement is a Push Jerk into an Overhead Squat. Otherwise known as a Jerk balance. If mobility is an issue complete a regular Push Jerk.
Scale the weight accordingly.
WOD: 18 minute AMRAP of:
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 12 Push Press (115/75)
- 9 Toes to bar
