- Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 reps 70% of your Max
WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
- 30 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders
- 30 Wallballs (20/14)
- 20 Push-Ups Hand Release
- 10 Overhead Squats (115/75)
Scale the weight of the Overhead Squats accordingly.
