WOD 4 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Push ups
  • 20 Push Press (65/55)
  • 15ft Rope climb or 15 Kness to elbow
  • 20 Kettlebell  Swing (35/24)
  • 200 meter Run
  • 30 Sit ups
