- Snatch Complex: 5 X 1
1 Power Snatch (ground) + 1 Snatch (ground)
Find max load within 5 sets
WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 20 reps Ovehead Squats (75/65)
- 20 reps Back Squat (75/65)
- 400 Meter Run
Scale the weight accordingly to work on a SQUAT snatch, no matter how light the load.
