Skills and Drills

  • 7 X 1 Clean Pull & Jerk 75% of your
    1 RM Clean & Jerk

Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.

WOD 5 rounds for time:

  • 5 Clean and Jerk ( 155/105)
  • 200m Run

Abs Superset 3 total sets

  • Alernating Leg V-Ups
  • Reverse Crunch
  • 30sec Plank Holds
