- Clean & Jerk Instruction w/PVC
WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
- 25 GHD sit-ups
- 5 reps (185/105) Clean and Jerks
Jerk can be push or split
Form and Improved Technique is the focus. Weight can be heavy if form is dialed in.
