Overhead Complex: 5 X 1
- 1 Strict Press + 3 Push Presses + 5 Push Jerks
Find Max load within the 5 sets
4 Rounds for Time:
- 200m Run
- 12 Front Rack Stationary Lunges (95/65)
- 12 Shoulder-to-Overhead (95/65)
Scale the Lunge and Shoulder to overhead weight accordingly
Use any method you would like to for the shoulder-to-overhead (Med Ball or Bar)
