Warm up and Stretch

Skill and Drills

  • 4 Front Squats
    EMOM for 10 min (EMOM stands for every minute, on the minute.)
    80-85% of 4RM
  • Perform 5 powerful Jump Squats immediately after each set.

Then:

4 rounds for total reps of:

  • 1:00 min wall ball shots
  • 1:00 min Double unders or Single unders
  • :30 rest

After WOD 1600 Meter row
