- 4 Front Squats
EMOM for 10 min (EMOM stands for every minute, on the minute.)
80-85% of 4RM - Perform 5 powerful Jump Squats immediately after each set.
Then:
4 rounds for total reps of:
- 1:00 min wall ball shots
- 1:00 min Double unders or Single unders
- :30 rest
