Pull-up Max Effort Attempts

  • 2 Attempts to set a Pull-up PR.
    Rest as needed between sets (3 minutes)
    Strict, Kipping, Butterfly, Banded, Ring Rows are all acceptable methods.

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:

  • 400m Run
  • 30 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)
  • 15 Pull-Ups

After WOD 5min Abs
