    Clean & Jerk

WOD: 30-20-10 for time:

  • Power Clean (95/65)
  • Box Jumps
  • KB Swings (20kg/16kg)
  • 2 x DU’s

Accessory: 3 Rounds

  • 15 Cal Ski Erg or Bike
  • Jerk grip overhead isometric holds
    use a barbell only.
    60 seconds.
  • Timed Hands (pronated grip)
    60 seconds.
