Skills and Drill:

3 Rounds for quality

  • 50 DB OH Walking Lunge
  • 8-12 Kipping HSPUs

Use single DB, switch arms at 25
Modify HSPUs with Wall Plank Shoulder Tap (R+L=1rep)

Prep:

  • Deadlift – Build to your work out weight (2-3set, 2-3reps)
  • Toes to Bar
  • Lateral Burpees

25min time limit.

WOD:  For Time: 15-12-9-12-15
