Hip Mobility + Core & Glute Activation

  • Work up to 70% of your 1RM Back Squat

Then Complete: 8 Sets of 3 Reps at 60% (Speed)

WOD: 15 Minute AMRAP

  • 12 Deadlift (225/125)
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
