- 15 Squat Cleans (135/85)
- 30 Toes-to-Bars
- 30 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 15 Pull-Ups
- 30 Push-Press (135/85)
- 30 Double-Unders or 100 Single Unders
- 15 Thrusters (135/85)
- 50 steps walking lunge with a (45/25) plate held overhead
