- Snatch grip Push Press work at 50% of your 1RM Snatch

- Back Squat work at 70% of your 1RM Back Squat

WOD: Then, complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
- 10 Power Cleans (135/85)
- 20 Push-Ups
