Skills and Drills
- Back Squat 5 X 5
Work up to 80% of your 1RM Back Squat.
warm up into some weight, then start the 5 “working” sets
WOD: 16 Minute EMOM:
- ODD Minutes 2 Squat Cleans (165/85)
- EVEN Minutes 2 Chest to Bar
