- 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean
Then: 3 Sets of 1 + 1 @ 80%
WOD: For Time:
- 100 Air Squats
- 75 Cal Row
- 50 Lateral Bar Burpees
- 25 Power Cleans (115/75) or (50/35lb – DB’s)
