- Snatch – work up to 65% of your 1RM Snatch. 6 singles
- Clean & Jerk work up to 75% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk. 5 sets 1rep
- Front Squat – Start at 80% of 1RM Front Squat. 3 sets 2reps
WOD: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 GHD Sit-Ups
