  • 15 Deadlift (135/85)
  • 50 Double Unders

Then 14min to Complete 4 rounds

  • 400m Run
  • 20 Ab Mat
  • 10 Pull Ups

Then 10min EMOM

  • 10 Lateral Box Jumps
