Coach’s Choice to include warm-up and mobility work.

Skill and Drill:

  • Front Squat
    Warm-up 5 x Bar, 1-2 acclimation sets,
    then
    3 × 5  (65% – 75%)

15min time limit

WOD: For Time:

  • 1200m Run
  • 40 Pull-Ups
  • 30 Front Squats (135/85)
  • 20 Barbell Burpees
