WOD: 5 Rounds for Time:

  • 200m Run
  • 2 Rope Climbs
  • 15 GHD Sit-Ups
    Rest 30 Seconds

Scale the Rope Climbs:
-Scaled Rope Climb half way up rope or 4 Rope Pulls
-10 X Strict Pull-Up

Scale the GHD Sit-Ups:
-Medicine Ball Jackknives
-Abmat Sit-Up
