Mobility: Lats, shoulders, lumbar spine

3 Rounds:

  • 12 Russian KB Swings
  • 10 Jumping Pull Ups
  • 20 Second Handstand Hold

Skill and Drill:

Midline
Accumulate 2 min L-sit hold
* Hanging if no Parralette
* In as little sets as possible
