    Curtis P = Power Clean + 1/leg Front Rack Lunge + Push Press
  • 15 Lateral Box Jumps (24/20)

8 AMRAP:
  • 5 Hand-Release Push-ups
  • 50m Farmer Carry (20kg/16kg)
  • 15 Lateral Box Jumps (24/20)
