    6 Sets of 3 Reps
    *From Floor/ Full Squat

WOD: 15 Minutes to Complete: 3 Rounds

  • 400M Row
  • 15 DB Squat Cleans
  • 20 Push-ups
    Rest :60 Sec

Then

3 Rounds For Time:

  • 12 Front Rack Lunges (95/65)
  • 12 Pull-ups
  • 60 Double-Unders
