Work up to 75-85% of 1RM Power Clean

Then Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes Complete:

  • 1 Power Clean + 2 Hang Squat Cleans + 2 Jerks
WOD:  3 Rounds for Time
  • 50 Double-Unders or 100 Single Unders
  • 30 Lateral Box Jump (24/20)
  • 50 Double-Unders or 100 Single Unders
  • 30 Shoulder-to-Overhead (115/65)
