WOD: As many reps as possible in 10 minutes, climbing the ladder
- 1 Thruster (115/65)
- 1 Burpee over the bar
- 1 Pull-Up
- 2 Thruster (115/65)
- 2 Burpee over the bar
- 2 Pull-Ups
- 3-3-3, 4-4-4, and so on…
Rest 3min
- In 4 Minutes: As many Push-Ups as possible
Post rounds + Reps, total Push-Ups
