- Double-Under’s (no med ball needs to be held)
2-8 min AMRAP (pick up med ball)
- 8 Deadlifts (135/85)
- 10 Lunges
8-14 min
- 800 m Run
14-24 min AMRAP
- 25 Ab mat Sit Ups
- 10 Med Ball Slams (20/14)
24-30 min
- 400 m Run
30-38 min AMRAP
- 8 Push-Ups
- 8 Pull-Ups
38 min
- 400 m Run
** You must hold the med ball the entire time. If you drop it you have to do 5 burpees. Even after your run when you rest the remainder of the time, the med ball has to still be held.**
Only one partner works at a time.
