Coach’s Choice to include warm-up and mobility work.
Partner WOD:
- 400m KB Run (22kg/16kg)
- 100 Pull-ups
- 100 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 100 Sit-ups
- 100 Russian KBS (22kg/16kg))
- 100 Air Squats
- 100 Push Press (95/65)
- 400m KB Run
Partners work together to complete the chipper while holding a Kettlebell (24kg/16kg).
The kettlebell may not touch the ground the until the entire WOD is completed.
If the KB touches the floor then both partners owe 5 Burpees immediately
The person holding the KB must have both heels on the floor at all times and the KB can not rest on your foot.
