( Partner must hold their barbell at the top of a Deadlift 135/95 )
Then
20 Rounds ( Alternating at will )
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 HR Push-Ups
- 15 Squats
( Partner must hold their barbell in the front rack 135/95 )
