- 100 Front Rack Lunge (95/65)
- 100 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
- 100 Burpee Bar Hops
- 100 Kettlebell Swing (20/16)
- 100 Box Jumps (24/20)
Partners may not work at the same time.
Movements must be completed in order.
