Complex:

  • 2 Hang Power Cleans +
    2 Push Jerk
    Take 4-6sets to build to a heavy complex

20min time limit.

WOD: AMRAP 15min:

  • 12 Hang Power Cleans
  • 21 Lateral Burpees
  • 12 Push Jerk
  • 21 Toes to bar

Weight: Use 65% from above.
