L2: 4 x 4 – 5sec. Weighted Tempo
Tempo: 3sec. hold with Chin above the Bar: 5sec. negative
WOD: 4 Rounds for time of:
- 30cal Row
- 20 HR Push-Ups
- 10 Deadlifts (choose weight)
- 20 Air Squats
- 200m Run
