Coach’s Choice to include warm-up and mobility work

Skills and Drill:

15 Minutes to build across sets:

  • Squat Clean (Warm-ups sets)
    1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1

Then 4 Singles  @ 85%

WOD: Every 5 Minutes for 15 Minutes Complete:

  • 8 DB Power Cleans (50/35)
  • 10 DB Thrusters
  • 20 DB Walking Lunges
  • Max Rep Double Unders with remaining time

Then For Time:  27 – 21 – 15 – 9

  • Deadlifts (135/95)
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Box Jump Overs (24/20)
