Skills and Drills:

On the minute for 20 minutes:

  • Clean pull + Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat
    work at 60% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk

WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

  • 8 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 8 Pull-Ups
  • 8 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

Rest 4 minutes. Then:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

  • 8 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 8 Power Cleans (95/65)
  • 8 Thrusters (95/65)
