  • Snatch work at 60% of your 1RM.

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:

  • 15 Body-weight Bench Presses
  • 15 Single-Arm Rows, Left Arm
  • 15 Single-Arm Rows, Right Arm
  • 1,000-meter Row

Men: 50-lb. dumbbell
Women: 35-lb. dumbbell
