- 20 Alternating Pistols (scale = One way is to start off using a bench or box or rings.)
- 20 Hand release Push-ups
- 20 Sit-ups
- 20 Lunges
- 2 Rope Climbs (scale = 10 Pull-ups or 8 Rope Pulls)
