  • 2 Cleans + 1 Split Jerk
    5 x 1
    Work at 70% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

    Work at 40% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for Press.

    4 x 10
    Work at 60% of 1RM Snatch for the Row.
