- 3 Position Snatch
1 Snatch (position 1) + 1 Snatch (position 2-Knees) + 1 Snatch (position 3- Ground)
No Dropping bar between positions
Find Max Load.
WOD: 4 Rounds for Time:
- 4oom Run
- 15 Overhead Squats (95/65)
Scale the Overhead Squat accordingly or
scale to Back Squat if unable to keep good overhead positioning.
