Work at 70% of your 1RM Snatch. 7 sets 1rep
- CLEAN & JERK
Work to 80% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for a single, then decrease weight for Drop Sets 3×2. For Drop Sets 3×2, decrease weight by 40lbs.
- BACK SQUAT
Work to 80% of your 1RM Back Squat for a 2×3, then decrease weight for Drop Set 1×3. For Drop Sets 1×3, decrease weight by 40.
