Establish a Heavy set of:

  • 1 Power Snatch + 2 Hang Squat Snatches

WOD: For Time:

  • 400m Run

  • Thrusters (95/55)
  • Ring Dips or Box Dips = Double the reps.
  • Over the Bar Burpees
