- Clean & Double Jerk Each sets 1 Clean & 2 Jerks 5 sets at 70% of your 1RM C+J.
- Front Squat – Build to 75% of your 1RM Front Squat. 3 sets 3reps
WOD: 6 Rounds:
- 500m Row Sprint
