WOD: 20 Minute EMOM:

  • ODD = 40 Double Unders
  • EVEN = 12 Burpees

Scale the Double Unders:
As many as possible in 50 seconds (same for single unders)
Scale the Burpees:
10 or 8 Reps if needed

*The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Rest 1min between exercises.
