0-2 min AMRAP

  • Double-Under’s (no med ball needs to be held)

2-8 min AMRAP (pick up med ball)

  • 8 Deadlifts (135/85)
  • 10 Lunges

8-14 min

  • 800 m Run

14-24 min AMRAP

  • 25 Ab mat Sit Ups
  • 10 Med Ball Slams (20/14)

24-30 min

  • 400 m Run

30-38 min AMRAP

  • 8 Push-Ups
  • 8 Pull-Ups

38 min

  • 400 m Run

** You must hold the med ball the entire time. If you drop it you have to do 5 burpees. Even after your run when you rest the remainder of the time, the med ball has to still be held.**

Only one partner works at a time.
