Skill and Drill:
- Work up to 80-85% of 1RM Power Clean
Then: 10 Minute EMOM of:
1 Power Clean + 3 Hang Squat Cleans unbroken set.
WOD: For Time: 3 Rounds

- 12 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
