    Work up to 95% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk for 1 x 1, then decrease weight for Drop Sets 1 x 1. For Drop Set 1 x 1 , decrease the weight by 20kg.

Scaling
This benchmark couplet is meant to be light and fast. Reduce the load on the overhead squat so you can perform all the reps unbroken and still run fast.

  • Deadlift (1 ½ Body Weight)
  • Bench Press (Body Weight)
  • Clean (¾ Body Weight)

*Use three separate barbells.

Scaling
This benchmark workout contains a high volume of moderate-load weightlifting. Reduce the loads and/or eliminate some of the early rounds to decrease the total volume.

Intermediate Option 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:

  • Deadlift (1¼-Body-Weight)
  • Bench Press (¾-Body-Weight)
